To achieve that objective, we are currently seeking to recruit additional members of staff in several departments.

Investigators and Claim Validators:

These are home based, contracted posts throughout the British Isles

All applicants will be vetted.

Fees are above the industry norm.

We are seeking to add to our existing team by recruiting articulate, self motivated and tenacious investigators and claim validators of the highest integrity.

Duties will include visiting claimants and witnesses, normally at their homes or places of work, interviewing them, taking statements and sometimes photographs and measurements, etc. You will also be expected to liaise with outside bodies from whom corroboration or other information might be gleaned and to complete your enquiries within tight deadlines.

Experience has shown that ex-police officers or claims handlers experienced in taking statements are ideal candidates for these posts.

Intelligence Analyst:

This is a full time post, located at our offices in Ongar, Essex.

All applicants will be vetted.

Salary above the industry norm - level dependent upon on experience.

All investigations and surveillance operations conducted by Robertson & Co are intelligence driven through pre-action data mining of our own, insurance industry and publicly available databases.

In addition to data mining, duties will include liaising with clients, our investigators and surveillance operatives, insurers and outside bodies, making written applications for data under Section 29 and 35 Data Protection Act, 1998, preparing written intelligence briefings and data linking charts.

You will be an objective, open-minded, self-motivated and tenacious individual driven by a desire to establish and prove links.
