We are currently seeking candidates to fill the
following vacancies:
new
Experienced investigation case managers required.
Role
To
proactively investigate claims, predominantly suspected
fraud claims, across all classes of general insurance.
Skills
and knowledge required
This role
would suit ex-police detectives or insurance
professionals with the following skills and knowledge:
-
sound
technical experience and ability in handling and
managing insurance claims (minimum 10 years claims
handler experience with exposure to fraud work) OR
-
at least
10 years Police service (ex-detectives)
-
correctly identify policy coverage issues as well as
fraud indicators
-
ability
to proactively manage own portfolio of claims and to
work within a team providing assistance as required
-
Ability
to manage fraudulent claim investigations undertaken
by our agents.

ability
to work within timescales and meet SLAs
-
proven
ability to work to quality and performance targets
-
keep
claims management system up to date at all times
-
ability
to articulate ideas and issues clearly, both within
written reports and verbally

building
and maintaining relationships with clients

proactively handle complaints in accordance with
client’s requirements

Case Manager Assistant (Internship)
Job Description:
Case manager assistants, supporting case managers
investigating potentially fraudulent insurance claims
for insurers and solicitors. 3 month internships
offered.
Skills Required:
PC literate (Word & Excel), ability to write fluent
reports, attention to detail and ability to analyse
information and identify the key points, ability to work
to deadlines and as part of a team.

Field Investigators and Claim Validators:
We are seeking to add to our existing team by recruiting
articulate, self motivated and tenacious investigators
and claim validators of the highest integrity. These are
home based, contracted posts throughout the British
Isles.
Fees are above the industry norm.
Applicants
for this contracted post will be called for interview.
This is likely to include a practical assessment of your
ability to obtain as many facts as possible from a
witness to a fictitious scenario and to record those
details sequentially in statement form, in accordance
with either the civil or criminal evidence rules.
Duties will include visiting claimants and witnesses,
normally at their homes or places of work, interviewing
them, taking statements and sometimes photographs and
measurements, etc. You will also be expected to liaise
with outside bodies from whom corroboration or other
information might be gleaned and to complete your
enquiries within tight deadlines.
Experience has shown that ex-police officers or claims
handlers with experience of claims fraud and well versed
in taking detailed statements are ideal candidates for
these posts.

Desktop
Claims Investigators
We are
seeking insurance claims desktop investigation staff.
Working in our Essex offices you will be required to
manage claims over the telephone using conversation
management (full training will be given if required).
Salaries are
above the industry norms.

must have a proven insurance and/or investigation of
claims handling background.
