Robertson &
Co provides a 'Claim Facilitation Service' for insurers to provide to their High Net
Worth clients in the event of a claim.
Many
insurers invariably offer an enhanced level of
service to clients either due to their status
and/or
the value of the claim presented. Robertson &
Co are able to provide members of staff to act as
facilitators, and where necessary, evidence gatherers in an endeavour to reunite the
insured client with their stolen property, and to act as
the critical link between the police, the insurer,
and their client.
Our experienced investigators are often able to
identify and action lines of enquiry the police, either through a lack of
experience or being over-stretched,
have not been able to consider or carry out.
In a recent case this approach led to the recovery of £300,000
worth of stolen diamonds and the arrest of the culprit
in Amsterdam. The thief was subsequently convicted as a
result of the evidence obtained by Robertson & Co.
She is now serving a term of
imprisonment and will face deportation at the end of the sentence.
