At Robertson & Co we have over 3000 combined

founder of Robertson & Co, Detective Superintendent Gavin
Robertson, just prior to his retirement.
Gavin served as a Detective Inspector & Detective
Chief Inspector in the Metropolitan and City Police
Company Fraud Squad, as well as on the Regional Crime
Squad and various other Scotland Yard posts. “Operation Nero”, the name given to the largest
fraudulent property and arson claim investigation ever
undertaken in this country, was successfully concluded
under his personal & direct supervision.
Our claims teams, complemented by
a number of experienced ex-insurance claims handlers, is
managed by Jill Munday BSc ACII, and Andy Cook.
Jill Munday is an insurance professional with over 20 years
experience, and formerly the Claims Manager with Allianz
Insurance.
Andy Cook
is a former
Detective Chief Inspector
at the
Serious & Organised Crime Agency with
extensive investigative experience in serious and series
crime.
Andy was also commended by the Home
Secretary in 2008 for: "Leadership, Professionalism &
Detective Ability resulting in the arrest & conviction
of the acknowledged head of Organised Crime in the
United Kingdom."
