Robertson just prior to his retirement.
Gavin served as a Detective Inspector & Detective
Chief Inspector in the Metropolitan and City Police
Company Fraud Squad, as well as on the Regional Crime
Squad and various other Scotland Yard posts.
“Operation Nero,” the name given to the largest,
fraudulent property and arson claim investigation ever
undertaken in this country, was successfully concluded
under his personal & direct supervision.

experience and flexibility to undertake complex
fraud investigations, across a very broad spectrum of
activity, throughout the British Isles.
Our claims fraud management team, complemented by
a number of experienced ex-insurance claims handlers, is
led by Jill Munday, an insurance professional
with 22 years experience, the last 13 of them as a
Claims Manager with Allianz Insurance, where she led a
large team at the Milton Keynes claims operation.
We believe that this team has the correct blend,
proven experience, expertise and ability to undertake
even the most complex catastrophic loss or fraud
investigation, either within or without the insurance
industry.
Our history and experience enables us to quickly
establish sound, working relationships with Police
Forces around the country and to prepare evidential
packages, compliant with the ACPO – ABI Memorandum of
