Investigation and Claims Experience

founder of Robertson & Co, Detective Superintendent Gavin
Robertson, just prior to his retirement.
Gavin served as a Detective Inspector & Detective
Chief Inspector in the Metropolitan and City Police
Company Fraud Squad, as well as on the Regional Crime
Squad and various other Scotland Yard posts. “Operation Nero”, the name given to the largest
fraudulent property and arson claim investigation ever
undertaken in this country, was successfully concluded
under his personal & direct supervision.
Our claims teams, complemented by
a number of experienced ex-insurance claims handlers, is
managed by Jill Munday BSc ACII, an insurance professional
with over 20 years experience, and formerly the
Claims Manager with Allianz Insurance and Andy Cook
