SURVEILLANCE
In addition to the fixed fee, personal
injury/sickness abuse surveillance service, we also
provide surveillance teams, charged at an hourly rate,
for the more challenging scenarios presented by our
corporate clients or to gather evidence in relation to
organised staged accident rings.
Each team is based on a four man unit - team
leader, motorcyclist, car and driver (black cab for
London operations) and a foot operative. Each team uses
the latest communication and covert video recording
equipment and can be enlarged if necessary, depending on
the particular circumstances of each case.
Continuous, 168-hour, static
surveillance recording can also be provided if required.
All our operatives are experienced in giving
evidence in court and fully conversant with the
controlling legislation, i.e. Regulation of
Investigatory Powers Act, Protection from Harassment
Act, Data Protection Act and Human Rights Act.
We
Will Provide:
At the conclusion of an operation our clients
will be provided with a full evidential package,
consisting of a report with conclusions; video footage
provided in DVD format and signed, detailed surveillance
logs.
Our team of experienced ex-Senior CID Officers
ensure that all evidential packages are prepared in
accordance with the Criminal or Civil Evidence Rules or
ACPO - ABI Guidelines as
appropriate.
