Robertson & Co undertake claim validation
enquiries, across all lines of business, in large numbers for several insurers. With
our large team of investigators and national coverage,
we are able to cope comfortably with surge and comply to
even the most testing of service standards.
Although our systems are programmed so that
clients are frequently and regularly updated, each claim
is allocated to an Investigation Manager to whom you
will speak should you have the occasion to enquire as to
the progress of a claim.
In Personal Lines cases, we offer a low cost,
fixed fee service, designed specifically around the
needs and requirements of each individual client.
Commercial Lines cases are often more complex as
there are invariably more people to interview. We offer
a more comprehensive service for this type of claim,
again at a fixed fee.
Suspicious Accident Claims:
Robertson & Co are acknowledged as experts in
this field. Our database and data linking capabilities,
together with a field force of first class
investigators, specifically trained to identify 'trigger
points' in this type of investigation, leads to several
repudiations every week, in this difficult and
challenging area.
Our in-house surveillance capability has proven
to be an added and essential extra, time and time again.
Its deployment has led to successful prosecutions in
this type of claim, where suspects have actually been
observed and filmed in the act of perpetrating staged
accidents.
