Robertson & Co undertake desktop and
field claim validation
enquiries for many insurers. With
our experienced claims handlers trained in screening and
counter fraud techniques such as conversation
management, and a large team of investigators with national coverage,
our service offerings are wide-ranging and
comprehensive.
Although our systems are programmed to keep
clients updated on progress, each claim
is assigned to an Investigation Manager should you need to enquire
about
the progress of a claim.

Liability -
we provide
3 separate but connected services for our clients;

Liability Telephone Interview -A fixed fee
telephone based screening service that enables you to
not only quickly determine
liability but also whether any fraud exists in the
claim. You will receive a report that will recommend,
with reasons, either; liability should be accepted,
liability should be defended, or fraud has been
identified. Elapsed time to completion - 3 working
days.

Liability Field Visit - A fixed fee liability
interview where, using one of our liability and
fraud trained investigators, we will obtain a
liability and an indemnity statement from the
insured driver, where possible take photographs of
any damage, and provide aerial locus
images. You
will receive a report that outlines our findings and
any further recommendations. Elapsed time to
completion - 6 working days.

Commercial Lines - these cases are often more complex
where we offer
a more comprehensive service for this type of claim,
but again at a fixed fee.
Suspicious Accident Claims:
Robertson & Co are acknowledged as experts in
this field. Our database and data linking capabilities,
together with a field force of first class
investigators, specifically trained to identify 'trigger
points' in this type of investigation, leads to
defensible
repudiations every week in this difficult and
challenging area.
Our in-house surveillance capability has proven
